At TLX Electrical Ltd, supporting our local community is a core part of who we are. Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting Northampton Hope Centre, a charity doing vital work to support people experiencing homelessness and hardship across the region.
As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, we donated two Samsung Galaxy tablets to the centre. These devices will be used by individuals accessing the Hope Centre’s services to carry out essential online tasks such as job searching, applying for training opportunities, and connecting with support services.
Our Founder and CEO, Paul Lever, visited the centre to personally hand over the donation and meet with Chris Potter, Fundraising, Communications and Marketing Manager, and Nikki Case, Progress Coordinator for Hope in the Community. It was a valuable opportunity to learn more about the scale and impact of the centre’s work.
Northampton Hope Centre supports an average of 50–60 people every day, providing not only immediate essentials like hot meals, showers, and laundry facilities, but also longer-term support to help individuals rebuild their lives. From access to healthcare and housing advice to employment support, their work is truly life-changing.
We would like to thank the team at Northampton Hope Centre for the incredible work they do and for the warm welcome during our visit. We look forward to continuing to support initiatives that make a meaningful difference in our community.
