ScratchDefense advanced non-stick cookware from Circulon is truly dishwasher safe for convenient clean-up without sacrificing performance. Engineered not to scratch, the non-stick has been laboratory tested to last more than 350,000 scrapes without making a mark. Made with durable aerospace-grade materials to create a thicker and harder surface than ordinary non-stick, this eliminates scratching, sticking and flaking.
Each pan has stain-resistant, easy-to-clean non-stick on the interior cooking surface and exterior finish. A thick, edge-to-edge steel base is induction-suitable and delivers fast, even heat and enhanced, warp-resistant stability from stove to oven.
