Description
With this multi-pasta set and Marcato Atlas Plus pasta machine, you can make seven pasta shapes: lasagne, fettuccine, tagliolini, spaghetti, linguine, pappardelle and ravioli.
The materials used are designed not to release harmful powders onto the dough. The scrapers, located under the rollers, are removable to ensure thorough cleaning. Made in Italy, it's both practical and beautiful in design, taking pride of place on a kitchen countertop.
In addition to fresh pasta, the Atlas+ can be used to make certain baked goods such as piadina flatbread from Romagna, Arabic bread or carasau Sardinian flatbread. With this machine, you can also prepare international dishes, such as ramen, udon, steamed dumplings, or spring rolls. And for dessert, you can also prepare sweet dishes such as fondant, strudel pastry, hojarasca cookies and baklava layered pastry.
