The hard-anodised aluminium body heats quickly and evenly, and the induction-ready base is tuned for steady performance on gas, electric and induction hobs. The refined shape creates more usable cooking area, while streamlined rivets keep the interior snag-free to reduce food traps and help food glide.
The tempered glass lid lets you check progress without lifting and losing heat or steam, and the double-duty knob flips to create a handy resting spot for tools.
