A contemporary brushed stainless steel finish combines with Peugeot technology and innovation on this Paris Chef u'Select salt and pepper mill duo, designed for precise and even grinding. Engineered and made in France, the durable mills are adjustable with six settings from extra fine to very coarse, according to the type of grind you need for cooking and seasoning.
The two-stage grinding mechanism effortlessly shatters then grinds the dry salt crystals or peppercorns to the desired grain size. Salt intensifies aromas, balances other flavours and makes vegetables tastier. Choose very finely ground pepper to bring out its spice when cooking, or a coarser grind to highlight its aromas, flavour and texture, for example when adding to a salad. The gear mechanisms are made of durable stainless steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust, and guaranteed for lifetime longevity.
