The ProDevice OMS500 is a professional, mobile office shredder designed for securely destroying a wide range of data‑storage media, including 2.5" and 3.5" hard drives, SSDs, LTO and DDS tapes, USB drives, CDs, DVDs, memory sticks, credit cards and ID cards. It forms part of the ProDevice data‑security ecosystem, offering reliable performance for organisations that handle sensitive information.
The shredder delivers fast, efficient destruction, producing very small shredded pieces for enhanced security. It features a durable design with hardened steel cutters, a solid metal gear system and dual media entry points. Its automatic reverse function prevents jamming, while the emergency stop and safety sensors support safe daily operation.
The OMS500 is suitable for departments and businesses requiring secure, GDPR‑compliant data disposal. A compact design and 1.5kW motor make it ideal for office use. A built‑in recording system (available on the Professional model) allows four‑angle video documentation of the shredding process. The ProDevice app enables scanning of media serial numbers and automated report generation.
