Description
Developed for wide-range one-by-twelve mountain bike drivetrains, the RD-M8100-SGS manages a 10-51T cassette while maintaining fast, controlled shifts across the range. Larger 13-tooth pulleys increase drivetrain efficiency and improve chain management on technical trails.
Shadow RD+ places the mechanism close to the frame and uses a stabilising clutch to limit chain movement over rough ground. Reduced tension in the lowest gear and an integrated cage bumper help quieten the drivetrain when climbing and descending.
