Description
The Shimano GF8 GTX is a flat-pedal mountain bike shoe engineered for wet, cold and demanding gravity riding. A waterproof GORE-TEX sock-style liner and stretchy ankle collar help keep water out, while the synthetic upper and reinforced toe area provide protection on technical trails.
The low-temperature ULTREAD GF rubber outsole is formulated to maintain a secure connection with flat-pedal pins in cold conditions. TORBAL 2.0 permits controlled heel movement for improved bike handling, while layered EVA foam cushions impacts. A protected BOA dial enables precise adjustment and is positioned to reduce accidental release during contact with rocks or trail obstacles.
